Dining Services at Arbors of
Hop Brook
Arbors of Hop Brook is fortunate to have Dining Services managed
by Sodexho Senior Services, the leading food and facilities management
services company in North America and a member of Sodexho Alliance.
Sodexho's mission is to improve the quality of daily life for
all the people they serve and to make an enjoyable dining experience.
Residents at Arbors enjoy quality and diverse fare that is expertly
prepared.
- Two Seatings at Dinner
Monday through Saturday 5:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m.

- Getting to Know Arbors Program
A new resident is encouraged to have up to 4 guests per night
for dinner at no charge for the first 30 days of their residency.
This enables families and friends to visit and see their new
home. (Special events and holidays are excluded).

- Guest Dining
Guests are always welcome after the first month for a nominal
fee and children under 12 are free. (Special events and holidays
are excluded). Reservations are accepted to secure your favorite
table when you are entertaining in the dining room or dining
with other residents.

- Coffee Social
Offered twice per week and gives residents a chance to meet and
talk about weekly events.

- Social Hour
Refreshments and hors d'oeuvre are offered three times per week
before dinner.

- Express Lunch
Available to order for you and your guests for a nominal fee.

- Catering services
Available upon request. Let us free up your time to host your
special guests while we prepare and serve your event. Custom
menus designed.

- Tray Service
Available for those times when you are unable to come to the
dining room. Simply contact the nursing staff prior to dinner.

- Continental Breakfast
Delivered to the hospitality suite when your guests stay on premises
in the guest apartment.

- Special Events
Scheduled in the dining room to celebrate holidays as well as
Arbors' signature events such as Annual Clam Bake, Luau, Birthday
Celebrations and Global Cuisine Nights.

- General Store
Open daily (except Sunday) for your convenience. Snacks, basic
necessities, and light lunch/sandwich options are available for
purchase.
