Paul T. Liistro is Managing Partner of Arbors of Hop Brook Continuing Care Retirement Community in Manchester, CT; Manchester Manor Health Care Center in Manchester, CT; and Vernon Manor Health Center in Vernon, CT.
As a senior business executive with extensive long-term care and senior care services experience, Mr. Liistro serves in leadership roles within several leading health care industry organizations. Mr. Liistro is Chair, Board of Directors for Qualidigm, Quality Improvement Organization for Connecticut; Representative at-large, Board of Governors for the American Health Care Association (AHCA) based in Washington, D.C.; and is a member of the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Board of Directors for HealthCap Liability Insurance Company. He is also immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities (CAHCF; 2010-2014) as well as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Health Care and Insurance departments of UCONN. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Administrators (ACHCA), the Association of Long-Term Care Financial Managers (ALTCFM) and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC).
Prior to his role at Arbors, Mr. Liistro held marketing and product management positions at General Mills and General Foods (now Kraft Foods). His early career also included a position within the accounting and audit department at Price Waterhouse and Co.
Mr. Liistro earned his B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME and obtained his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Chanté Drasdis, MHA, NHA, CASP

Chanté Drasdis is the Executive Director at Arbors of Hop Brook and is responsible for the daily operations of the community, including the overall satisfaction of the residents and their families. With a dedication to senior living excellence, she has served Arbors for more than a decade and is actively engaged in promoting the Continuing Care Retirement Community Lifestyle.
During her tenure at Arbors of Hop Brook, Ms. Drasdis has been named the Connecticut Assisted Living Association’s Young Leader of the Year, the UCONN Center for Health Care and Insurance Studies Alumni of the Year, the Connecticut Assisted Living Association’s Distinguished Service Award, the UConn School of Business Healthcare Management Advisory Board Member of the Year and named the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Future Leader in 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2013 respectively. She is a member and former Board Member of the Connecticut Assisted Living Association and formerly served as an on-site surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities-Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC).
Ms. Drasdis graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut (UCONN), completed a post-graduate certification in Long-Term Care from UCONN and pursued her Nursing Home Administrators’ license. She received her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University, and her Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) designation in 2012 from the University of North Texas.
